ISCI Award in Honor of Christine Hunner-Kreisel

The International Society for Child Indicators (ISCI) is delighted to announce its bi-annual award for emerging researchers and scholars in the field of child wellbeing in honor of Christine Hunner-Kreisel.
The award will be granted at the 8th ISCI Conference “Children’s Rights and opportunities in an Unequal World: Research, Policy and Intervention” which will be held in May 2022 in Gramado/RS, Brazil.
The award is directed to researchers and scholars contributing to multi-cultural and qualitative research that advances our knowledge of children’s well-being internationally.
The award is intended to support emerging researchers and scholars pursuing research in this field.
Nominations of emerging scholars (i.e., currently enrolled in a doctoral program or less than 10 years from completion of doctoral degree) may be submitted only by researchers and scholars with an accepted abstract to be presented at the conference. Self-nominations are not accepted.

Submission should include:
1) Name, contact information, and affiliation details of nominee and person nominating.
2) Short biography of the nominee (1 page)
3) Complete list of publications of the nominee
4) Abstract that has been accepted for presentation at the conference.

The award will be judged by the ISCI Awards committee.
